This Return and Refund policy describe how 'Cape-Designs' handle RETURN and REFUND requests

IMPORTAND: 

To successfully complete a request, avoid confusion and loss, lots of unnecessary emailing back and forth, abusive behavior and potential miscommunication, we do not respond/resend similar messages. For a smooth and faster Return/Refund procedure, please follow the direction exactly explained below or at the email we sent you

SHIPPING

We do our best to prepare and ship the products with in 1-3 business days and shipping takes about 3-12 business days depends on the location. Please consider local holidays and weekends where postal employee do not work. Also we take no responsibility for any product damages and shipping delays caused by the Act of God, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow..etc. and delays at local custom and border clearance and law enforcement issues of the shipments.

RETURN and REFUND policy

We do our best to describe the product, size, dimensions and all specifications to avoid the hustle of return. However, we still have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to REQUEST a return.

We are not responsible for return cost. All products are sold with FREE SHIPPING in our store except expedited service in the United States, however not all products are returned to United States warehouses. Some of our partners products are required to be returned outside United States warehouses. In most cases products are returned where it was shipped from. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our policies before placing your order. We are happy to help.

Here is the RETURN Procedure;

  • To start a return, you need to contact us at support@cape-designs.com
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
  • There is no return for digital products once it is paid, send or downloaded
  • There is no return for custom products such as T-Shirts or Art Works...etc. 5 hours after processed payment
  • Please take a few pictures of the product that bothers you and caused you to consider returning it, together with a picture of the invoice, shipping label and delivery slip that come with the package
  •  You will hear from us within 24 hours if your return is accepted! Or you will be asked additional documentation to verify your purchase
  • If your return is accepted, you will fill the return form. Once you fill the form and submit, you need to send the package to the return address provided at the email we send you. Please send us a copy of the shipping label and any shipping documentation you have after you shipped the product
  • You will receive the full refund soon as we receive the product, pass the inspection and accepted

Products that were sent to us without requesting an approval will not be accepted. We are not responsible for the returns you sent without proper communications

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

To determine the damaged products, we may ask photos or videos of the item for validation. 

Orders not Received

We do not refund or resend an item if the tracking information is valid and shows the order is delivered to the address provided during purchase. If you did not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.

Shipping company will attempt to deliver the product several times to the address customer provided. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, customer needs to pick up the package. After some period of time, the product will be returned to our warehouses or our partners warehouses outside United States. After the product return started from local shipping company, unfortunately we take no responsibility if products have been lost.

Incorrect or Missing Products

We have a strict quality control process to avoid sending wrong or missing products before orders are dispatched. However, we offer full refund or replacement for incorrect products. If the customer claim that the product has wrong color, size..etc, we offer a refund and replacement if the proper evidence with screenshots, videos are provided. For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, We may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, we will resend the product only.

Orders Cancellation

We issue full refund if the order hasn't been dispatched and processed at our warehouses. Once we processed and send the product to shipping company we cannot issue cancellation.

There is a 5 hr. window to cancel a custom products such as T-Shirts or Art Works..etc. After 5 hours of processed payment, unfortunately there will be no cancellation 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on FINAL SALE items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-7 business days depends on your financial institution. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
